Help & FAQ
How betting, accumulators, booking codes and your wallet work. New here? Start with How it works.
Account
Who can open an account?
You must be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth when you register and refuse sign-ups from anyone younger.
How do I log out on a shared device?
Use Log out in the top bar. Your session ends on the server as well as in the browser.
Placing bets
How do I place a bet?
Tap any price to add it to your bet slip, enter your stake and tap Place bet. You get a bet reference straight away, and the bet appears under My bets.
What is the minimum and maximum stake?
The minimum stake is ₦100 and the maximum is ₦500,000 per bet. The most a single bet can return is ₦50,000,000.
What does “1”, “X” and “2” mean?
1 is a home win, X is a draw and 2 is an away win. Double Chance (1X, 12, X2) covers two of those outcomes at once. GG means both teams score and NG means at least one doesn't. Over/Under 2.5 is about the total goals in the match.
What happens if I tap Place bet twice?
Nothing extra. Each bet carries a one-time key, so a repeated tap or a retry after a dropped connection returns the same bet instead of charging you again.
Can I cancel a bet?
No. Once a bet is placed it stands until it is settled.
Accumulators
What is an accumulator?
A single bet on several matches. The odds multiply, so 2.00 × 1.50 × 1.80 gives total odds of 5.40 and a ₦1,000 stake returns ₦5,400. Every selection has to win.
How many selections can I add?
Up to 20, with one selection per match. If you pick a second outcome from the same match, it replaces the first.
When is an accumulator settled?
As soon as any selection loses, the whole bet is settled as lost. If every selection wins, it is paid once the last match has a result.
Odds
Why did my odds change on the slip?
Prices move before kickoff. If a price changes between adding it and placing the bet, we don't accept the bet at the old price. Your slip shows the old price crossed out next to the new one, and you place the bet again if you're happy.
If the odds change after I bet, does my return change?
No. Your bet keeps the odds it was accepted at, whatever happens to the price afterwards.
How is my return calculated?
Stake × odds, rounded down to the nearest kobo. The return includes your stake, so ₦1,000 at 1.90 returns ₦1,900.
Booking codes
What is a booking code?
A short code that saves the selections on your slip. Share it with a friend, or use it to move your slip to another device. Tap Book bet on the slip to get one. You don't need to be logged in.
How do I load a booking code?
Type it into “Have a booking code?” in the sidebar or on an empty bet slip, then tap Load. It replaces whatever is on your slip.
Are the odds on a booking code fixed?
No. A code holds selections, not prices or stakes. Loading it gives you the current odds, and any match that has already started is left out.
Wallet & payments
What is “locked” money in my wallet?
Stakes on bets that haven't been settled yet. They leave your available balance when you bet and are released when the bet settles, along with any winnings.
How do I deposit?
Open Wallet and choose an amount. In this demo build, deposits are simulated and no real money moves. Card and bank payments are coming soon.
How do I withdraw?
Withdrawals aren't available in the demo build yet.
Responsible gambling
How do I keep betting fun?
Only stake what you can afford to lose, set yourself a budget before you start, and never chase losses. Take a break if betting stops being enjoyable.
Where can I get help?
If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, talk to someone you trust and reach out to a professional support service. Deposit and stake limits you can set for yourself are coming soon.
Still stuck? Start from the match list or check My bets for the status of a bet.
